Does everyone remember me? I know... I've grown so big in the last few months. Daddy says that I am also getting too smart. I thought learning how to turn the radio, t.v., and all my toys on was supposed to be a good thing. Instead of Mommy and Daddy getting up to turn them on for me, they now get up to turn them off. I'm so confused!
Anyway, I have been so busy! At the beginning of January we said "see you soon" to Uncle Darin, who I like to call "Uckabee." It's close to saying "uncle!" That should at least make Grandma Scudder feel better because I use the word "Uck" in his name too! Only, I call Grandma Scudder just plain "Uck." Papa thinks it is funny and has to tell everyone about it just to pick on Uck. Mommy says I call her that because Uck would always laugh when ever I smelled Buttercup and would then say "Uck." It's a term of endearment! Oh, and Uncle Courtney, who I also call "Uckabee," celebrated his birthday on the 7th of January. He turned 16!!! Don't worry... he's not driving yet!In February I went to my friends, Abby's, Dave's and Kimmy's birthday parties together. Kimmy is Abby's aunt, Abby is Taylor's sister , and Dave is Taylor and Abby's daddy. (Taylor is my friend from previous blogs who is 3 months older than me.) Well, it was lots of fun because I love playing with Taylor's toys! And, we get along so well. Abby likes to be a mommy to Taylor and me. That's okay because I like it when she brings things to me so I don't have to get up! (I do have my Daddy's genes!) Also, My Crazy Great Aunt Collen celebrated her birthday on the 18th! I didn't ask what she did... I'm sure it's too crazy for my young ears! Speaking or ears... I had mine lowered. Below is my before picture and my after picture is with Kimmy.

In March, I celebrated Uck's, Great Grandma Ray's and my Great Papa Marty's birthdays! Papa Marty was so excited to see me! Mommy kept throwing me up in the air and making me laugh... that put the biggest smile on his face! I was supposed to make his day, but really... he made mine !

For Uck's birthday, I think I had a bad case of allergies or teething. It was the time some storms came in and I flared with a fever, a yucky nose and a cough. So, finally when I felt better, we went to visit Uck and gave her a birthday card. It just so happened that at the time, Mommy found out that she some how has another baby growing in her belly. Mommy and Daddy thought they would be sneeky and sign "Baby Scudder" to Uck's card after the rest of our names. Uck read it and said "Oh, no!" I hope that didn't mean I'm in for "Oh, no" too! To listen to the video below mute the playlist at the very bottom of this page. The mute is the volume button at the top right of the play list. Then scroll back to this video and click on the bottom left play button.
And, for Great Grandma Ray's Birthday we celebrated at the Senior Center! All of Uck's family was there. I got to play with my second cousin Macy. Now, if I see a pretty dress in the store or something else that reminds me of her I say, "Macy Macy Macy" over and over again. Mommy keeps telling me I'm wrong, but I know what I know!!! I didn't get to talk much to Great Grandma Ray because Mommy and Daddy let me run! It sure was nice running though! I'll get to talk to her soon! And, she won't believe her ears with all the new words I'm saying!

At the end of March, Uckabee (Uncle Courtney) and Aunt Lauren spent the night for a couple nights. We had lots of fun! They played with me so much that they wore ME out!!! I think Buttercup was relieved that my attention was else where! Speaking of Buttercup... she isn't so rotten anymore. She lets me lay ontop of her, rest my head on her when she is relaxing and is really starting to let me pet her. She still bites at me... I think it is funny! I'm such a tease (that's what Mommy and Daddy says)!
I almost forgot Easter! The day before Easter Mommy hid all my Easter eggs around the house and let me hunt for them... twice!!! It was so much fun! I even helped put the Goldfish crackers and money in the eggs and Mommy put them together. Since the grass was wet and Daddy worked on Easter at the Cincinnati Fire Department, I hunted for Easter eggs inside the day before Easter. Then, on Easter, Mommy and I went to church with Great Grandma Marty. She was so pretty too! It was really nice there! They gave me a flower to put on a cross covered in chicken wire, that is so the flowers would stay put. I found a petal and gave it to Great Grandma Marty to put in her Bible to remind her of the day.
After church we went to my Crazy Great Aunt Coleen's for Easter brunch. There we met Nana, Papa, Uckabee and Aunt Lauren. I had lots of fun there too! My cousin Tori tried to feed me candy and lots of sugar, but I know better. I like my teeth, so no M&M's here, Tori!!! But, Cathleen gave me her entire fruit bowl... and about half her plate. She had to get more to eat because I'm such a little piggy!

When it was time to leave brunch, Uckabee and Aunt Lauren came with Mommy and me to the Krohn Conservatory so that I could get my Easter pictures taken by none other than Mommy and her camera. I love the Krohn Conservatory because there is a big waterfall a cave under the waterfall and walkways for me cruise. Mommy keeps trying to show me the bananas on the banana plant, but I can never see them. I think mommy is just monkeying around with me.

April... finally! Papa and his brother, who is my Great Uncle Barry, celebrated their birthdays on the same day! That's because they are twins!!! (If Uck said "Oh, no!" to one baby, I don't want two babies!!! That's "Oh, no" twice! I hope that doesn't happen to me!) Great Grandpa Mac says that one of them is enough trouble. He said that when the doctor said there were two babies that he told the doctor he only paid for one! That's a pretty funny true story! He said they paid by the baby back then! Back to their birthdays... Mommy and I hung out with Nana and Aunt Lauren at Eastgate Mall that day. (Aunt Lauren got some really cool braces on her teeth at the Orthodontist's office in the mall.) Then we went to Nana's and Papa's house. But, since Papa is a workaholic and didn't get home till later, Mommy and I went to Nichole's, her friend, spa party. Mommy thought Nichole's daughter was supposed to be there to play with me, but plans changed and I got to play with her toys and her dog without her. It would have been so much more fun had she been there, but I managed with all her awesome toys! And, the dog really liked me!
After treating ourselves to some play time and foot rubs, Mommy and I went back to see Papa and gave him his present. We didn't stay very long because it was very late and Papa and I were very tired! But, I hope my smile made his day so much better!
Great Aunt Phyllis's birthday was this month too! She turned 39 again! And, for her birthday Uncle Ronnie brought her a big t-shirt of a girl's body in a bikini. When she put it on she looked naked!!! I had to do a double take! While all that was going on I played with my cousin Macy and her cool Dora bike and Dora 4x4. I learned how to drive it quick! I just didn't learn how to turn it yet. But, the next time Macy and I get together I will figure it out!
This month Mommy, Daddy and I celebrated Great Grandma Marty's birthday! She is such a wonderful person!!! We went to her house and brought yummies and cake! Great Grandma relaxed with us out on her back porch. It was such a beautiful day! My Great Grandma is so wonderful for many reasons... too many to list! But, a couple that stand out is how she is such a great caregiver while still managing to take great care of herself. I'm very proud of you Great Grandma!!!
April 29th Uckabee flew his bird in to the CVG Airport. (That poor bird!!! I guess black hawks are very strong though. They have to be because he is a lot taller than I am!) Daddy, Mommy and I met Uckabee, his two friends who also fly birds, Uck and Papa at the Hofbrauhaus in Newport. I love it there! There is live music by a man who squeezes a little piano in his arms... wierd, I know! I had fun dancing too! Uckabee caught me dancing when he first arrived. I knew who he was, but I still played hard to get. I'll warm up to him in a few weeks when we go on vacation to Florida. I'm going to make him play in the sand and water with me. Oh, and he'll have to take long walks on the beach with me too (he can add that to his profile!)
Lastly, a few updates on just me... I now know 19 words in sign language! Mommy took me to a Signing Safari at the Library every Saturday in April. I know how to sign: Eat, Milk, Sit, Duck, Bath, Please, Quiet, Yummy, Sleeping, Truck, More, All Done, Daddy, Doggie, I Love You, Help, Ice Cream, Book, and another word for Daddy: Monkey. Also, I'm a better dancer and speaker since the last blog. Not only do I dance to everything, I know words to songs from the Disney Channel and I repeat just about everything Mommy and Daddy say. I can even say "squirrel" and I yell it when I see one... that's about every 5 seconds in Cincinnati! I also know the difference between Mommy's and Daddy's clothes when Mommy folds laundry. Most of it is Daddy's though, even the pretty lacey ones!

And, I can talk in small sentences: "This is..." "It is..." "She is..." and my favorite: "Meow bite!" (Which really isn't a sentence.) I also show Mommy where my baby is as I point to my belly. And, I practice being a good mommy with my babydoll. Although, it cries sometimes and I just stare at it. It stops eventually! Finally, Daddy, Mommy and I went to the Butterfly Exhibit at the Krohn Conservatory. It was so pretty and HOT there! The pictures Mommy took look enhanced due to the humidity in there and the lens fogged! They still look cool! No butterfly landed on me, but it sure was neat!

Well, I had more fun these last four months... but I will save some for my memories only and spare you the time. Since vacation is in two weeks, I better get packing and napping! I have to be well prepared for that walk on the beach! (I hope I don't get sand in my diaper!) I hope you'll smell me later!
